RETURNS & EXCHANGES
All items must be UNWORN and UNWASHED in original condition with the tag still attached.
The customer is responsible for the cost of returns.
We do not refund shipping costs.
A RETURN FORM WILL BE PROVIDED WITH YOUR ORDER.
CLEARANCE ITEMS: Items bought on clearance cannot be returned or exchanged. A refund is not permitted.
REFUND:
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are unhappy for any reason, we accept returns for refunds within 14 days for Domestic orders and 21 days for International orders from the delivery date. If the package does not reach us safely, we will not be able to complete the refund. Please make sure you get tracking on your returns so that proof of delivery can be verified. No refunds after 21 days.
Please allow 3-5 business days for payment to be reflected in your account.
EXCHANGES:
We accept exchanges within 21 days after your order was delivered to you.
All items on your original order can be exchanged once. We will not allow an exchanged item to be exchanged again.
If you wish to return an item that was already exchanged, you can only be provided with store credit. No refunds, no exceptions
UNDELIVERED SHIPMENTS:
In the instance that the carrier tracking states that your package has been delivered but you have not received your items, please contact us. Once the package is in the hands of the carrier, they become liable for the safe delivery of your items. If a package isn’t properly delivered, upon notification from the customer, we will open a case with the carrier. Please allow 2 weeks for us to investigate and arrive at a resolution. If you do not receive your order within the 2 weeks of investigation, we’ll provide you with the option of either reshipping your order or giving you store credit. A refund will not be issued.

Face Masks are non-returnable
ALTERED ITEMS:
Altered items are not returnable.
